Documentary Screening on Garments Kelsa

The documentary screening of Garments Kelsa, organized by the Film and Documentary Committee. The event featured an audience of approximately 30 students, predominantly from the 1st and 2nd years, with a strong representation of freshers eager to engage with socially relevant content.

While the turnout aligned with our modest expectations, considering the timing and overlapping academic schedules, it fostered a focused and interactive atmosphere. The documentary, which delves deeply into labor issues within the garment industry particularly the challenges faced by women workers navigating exploitation, low wages, and precarious working conditions amid their already demanding lives resonated profoundly with the attendees.
