Social media has transformed from a fun place to real-time intelligence tool to get business insights out of social conservations. Social media is considered a ̳snapshot of the real world as it captures customer ‘s feedback through on-line forums and groups. It is considered a powerful Business Intelligence tool as it can be used by organizations to create personas, identify consumer trends and build product and service strategy.
