The ADR workshop focusing on arbitration and mediation from a competition perspective was conducted on April 9, 2025 in order to enhance students’ understanding of ADR mechanisms and prepare them for related competitions.

During the 90-minute session, participants were introduced to Fundamentals of arbitration and mediation, Strategic approaches for ADR competitions, Practical techniques for effective dispute resolution, and Comparative analysis of arbitration and mediation in competitive environments

The workshop served as a valuable platform for students to gain insights into ADR mechanisms from a competition-oriented perspective, interact with experienced coordinators and faculty supervisors, develop practical skills applicable in ADR competitions and network with peers sharing similar interests in alternative dispute resolution

The ADR Workshop successfully achieved its objective with the enthusiastic participation and engagement demonstrated students’ growing interest in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
