A workshop was organized on October 9, 2024, aimed at equipping students with fundamental concepts of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Given the rapid growth of ADR as a field, the workshop was designed to introduce students to its key principles and practices. The event began with an introduction, followed by the reading of the ADR Policy for 2024-2025. The workshop was structured in two parts.

The first part featured a lecture on the core concepts of ADR, covering essential methods such as Arbitration, Conciliation, Mediation, and Negotiation.

The second part of the workshop focused on the upcoming mediation competition, providing students with a broad overview of the event, as well as the format and procedures they would encounter during the competition. This segment also included the release of the IRR Alternative Dispute Resolution poster and the announcement of key dates for the competition.

An interactive Q&A session followed, where students had the opportunity to clarify doubts and engage with the topic further. The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks.
