As the mandate of the AICUF norms for selecting leaders democratically in the institution level, the AICUF SJCL conducted its annual election of the office bearers on 23rd September 2025 in class room 205 in the new building. The election process commenced prior with the identification of the interested candidates based on willingness of the students who came forward to take up the responsibility. The interested students were thus screened using a personal interview procedure. After the interview over a period of a week the election was conducted amongst the interested candidates for the respective offices in the committee. The contestants of the election are as follows

After the brief introduction of the prerequisites and duties of the office bearer, and a short speech by the contestants, the election process witnessed the participation of 37 AICUF members who casted the votes to determine the office bearers. The results led to the emergence of the following candidates for the respective offices. And the other contestants were incorporated as extended office bearers.
