Dr. Pillai emphasized the increasing importance of recognizing an individual’s control over their identity in digital spaces. He highlighted the legal challenges emerging from impersonation and misuse of personal data online. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A where faculty discussed classroom implications and academic relevance.

Day 2: Understanding the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023

Day 3: Approaches to Non-Doctrinal Research

Dr. Rajendra Baikady, Assistant Professor, Central University of Kerala

Session Highlights:

Dr. Baikady conducted a hands-on methodological workshop that guided faculty in designing and executing non-doctrinal research. Conclusion
The Faculty Development Programme successfully enhanced the academic and professional competencies of participating faculty members.
