On 7 th & 8 th March 2022, COMED cell organized two-day intra-class competition on the occasion of women’s day celebration in the form of “Best woman manager” event. There were 20 women contestants for this event. Event comprised of 6 rounds. Three rounds were conducted on day one 7 th March 2022 such as Impress & Convince, Ship Wreck& JAM. Eminent judges were invited Mr Jaswanth Singh G, Consultant, India Assurance Services and Mr Vinay Krishna H V, Founder, CONFILEAP. On day one, 8-woman participants were eliminated &12-woman participants qualified to day 2. Day 2,8 th March 2022 comprises of Case study round, On the spot round and Stress round.12 multi-talented participants showcased challenging rounds to judges and audience of 40 members. Valedictory session begun with Lighting of Lamp, followed by Invocation dance by Ms Neeharika Paul, I BBA LLB. Director Fr Jerald D’souza SJ addressed gathering which encouraged woman participants also men to boost support and work collectively.

Principal, MS Pauline Priya remarks assured everyone needs to strive towards achievements. Ms T V Sharada instilled confidence among young crowd based on the theme of International Women’s Day 2022 “Gender Equality today for sustainable Tomorrow”. Most awaited moment of the day was honored by our beloved director, Fr Jerald D’souza SJ and our guest Ms Brunda “Best Woman Manager” title award to “Ms Meera Ramaswamy”-II BA LLB B based on the tireless efforts and scrutiny of each and every round by eminent judges Ms Sharada and Ms Brunda. On the occasion of women’s day, Cell assured to identify young women who setup business in pandemic and was awarded with Honor Certificate to Ms Anupriya Vinod, II Bcom LLB. Event was ended with Vote of Thanks by Ms Lincy Joykutty, Faculty co-ordinator of COMED cell. All the participants had a great learning experience.
