Imindal Sessions

As part of the initiative to improve the mental health of the students, the college organised meditation and mental development sessions for the first years of BA, BCom, BBA and LLB. Each class had 8 sessions where they were taught different techniques of meditation and techniques for relaxing and calming the mind. The students were encouraged to maintain a journal to pen down their thoughts in order to better manage their thought processes and help them face challenges in life. The sessions were well received by the students who felt that the sessions helped them ease their stress and manage life issues better. The sessions were conducted by Pune based Imindal led by their founder Ms. Anjali Talera.

Classes from 2nd year to the 5th year of the 5 year LLB course and 2nd and 3rd years of the three year LLB course as well as the PG students were also provided a 1 hour orientation class to understand mind management and stress management techniques by Ms Anjali Talera.
